Issues with my gel nail dip twice. Owner apologized and fixed twice, no questions asked. I appreciate that. Her prices are reasonable. My daughter and I have gone to her for a couple years now.

Literally waited for an hour for the nail technician to take someone who came in after me, and disregard my appointment. One technician came over and even took off the nail polish on one of my acrylic nails. They said I just needed a fill, and then left. My mom and I have been coming here for awhile, and I even called to make an appointment for the both of us. I also waited very patiently until I was told the person after me would be taken first. So frustrating and inconsiderate. I would recommend just walking in because making an appointment is pointless. Highlight- my mom got her pedicure and it made her extremely happy. I probably won't be back, but it's close enough for my mom to pop in for a monthly pedi for relaxation. Just fair warning

Yesterday Monday July 27, I took an Uber to the nail Salon and the Uber cost me $20 I took it hoping to do my nails and then get picked up an hour later when my ride was going to pick me up but since they were closed I had to get another Uber home that cost me $25 because I had to change shoes since my toes were not done. This is not a place to trust with closing . If you are going to go call before or something they don't follow their schedule .
