I visited the lab on Bellflower to have my quarterly labs drawn. My name was called a couple minutes after I sat down. I was greeted by Debbie Smith. She got my tubes ready and talked to me while doing so. She had a bright friendly smile. Before I knew it she was putting a bandaid on snd I felt nothing! Best blood draw ever!! Debbie is friendly, caring and a bright light in the lab. Thanks Debbie you made a dreaded visit bearable!

Amanda Lynn Rodriguez did my care today, and I couldn’t be happier. She was respectful and efficient. I’ve been here once before today, and had good experiences with two separate doctors.

Took my son to this urgent care for a possible broken ankle, and I have to give a special mention to Kelly in the front desk. She was very friendly, honest, and informative. It made the decision to stay to wait as a walk in patient or schedule an appointment an easy one. She was also very efficient in how she was handling registration of patients, and she did not lose sight of what's important... and that is to make every patient feel very important. She is the kind of employee that I know is a valuable asset to the company because of how she conducts herself as the reflection of what the company is about.
