When I called to make an appointment I received an outgoing message, even if it was mid-day, because they were busy with clients. I did not leave a message however I received an incoming text with a point of contact and instructions on how to make an appointment. I'm really busy so I appreciated the follow-up text. I encourage everyone to leave a message or text, and they will respond. At my appointment, I was greeted by a professional down to earth receptionist, Yes! Down to earth, inviting, not uptight, okay I digress, you get the point. I met with Hailey and she explained everything to me, made suggestions, and helped me relax, feel comfortable, and patiently answered questions. Her technique is amazing, and by that I mean, I was very comfortable and almost pain-free, I say almost because it was pain-free, but you probably wouldn't believe me. She has a very gentle touch. The facial was extremely relaxing, and the best part ...it's effective. My face is noticeably smoother, the fine lines undetectable and complexion brighter.
