Customer service is always amazing. The ladies here were so friendly and so willing to make your flowers exactly how you want it. They have beautiful array of flower selections. Our family loves this shop! So happy to go to them for our flower request during our hard times. They value their customers and treat everyone with great care. Courteous and efficient service, but nothing out of the ordinary. The pre-assembled bouquet selection is good. I did not customize the bouquet, and the lady wrapped it up nicely and tied it with a bow.
