From the minute I walked in it was a pleasant experience. The staff was professional. I was ushered into a clean room by Vanessa (dental assistant) explained what the procedure was for a new patient. Dr. Coates entered introduced himself. We chatted - as I was referred by Dr. Manny Fernandez in Woodland Hills. Dr. Coated did an exam - providing data to his assistant. Then - x-rays (alot) followed by the hygienist - no joke was in the chair for 30mins - she did the most amazing job. My mouth never felt so fresh & clean. She numbed me for a filling that Dr. Coates was going to address. Overall - excellent experience - Glad I found Dr. Coates. He is my GO TO dentist for all my teeth care.
