My MacBook's Touch Bar stopped working. I message on Yelp and was provided a quote for replacement. When I got around to getting my computer fixed, I was a little surprised that I was told I needed a diagnostic. That was never mentioned but I suppose it made sense. I paid the fee and left my computer. Once they started working on my laptop, they asked for a password. I told them I created a guest account and inquired as to whether or not they use that. I had to wait 24 hours for a response. I eventually provided the password and was told my computer was ready a few hours later. I was unsure with getting my laptop fixed had lot of issues in the past with computer tech guys touching my stuff. But gave it a chance on these awesome people had some real issues with how old of a laptop I was bringing in. Talked with Erick. Super chilled dude, and staff was nice on random stop in to check up on the progress of fixing it. Always had an answer. Had a dead line of 12 days to meet and these guys crushed it in getting me my laptop in just 7 days for a failing SSD and putting in a new power supply. Really made my day getting home to see that it was running like it was brand new with no showing of being slow or dying on pulling the power cord.
I would recommend this company to everyone!#rip to my laptop I called to see if they would be able to remove my SSD from my fried laptop, so that I can retrieve the data.Eric was so kind and said that if I could get there by 4PM, he could take care of it.The work only took a few minutes, but I was impressed with the level of customer service. I asked Eric some other general questions about CPU's and brands. He provided me with honest answers and extra information.I'm crossing my fingers that I won't have to use them for my new laptop any time soon, but they definitely have my business!
