THANK YOU HAILEY!!! I am a first-time client and have so much to share with you. When I called to make an appointment I received an outgoing message, even if it was mid-day, because they were busy with clients. I did not leave a message however I received an incoming text with a point of contact and instructions on how to make an appointment. I'm really busy so I appreciated the follow-up text. I encourage everyone to leave a message or text, and they will respond. At my appointment, I was greeted by a professional down to earth receptionist, Yes! My 3rd time coming here. Love it so so so so much. The girls are always so kind and welcoming. I brought my sister with me this time and it was such a quick and easy process. Recommend 100% to anyone and everyone!!!!! :)
I had my first appointment with Nurse Hailey and couldn't be more pleased. She took the time to understand my concerns and provided options for an individualized treatment plan for my Jeuvaeu injections. She was professional, kind, and reassuring. All the girls in the office were so welcoming!
