James did the treatment of our termites.He showed up on time .He has a good knowledge of the job he’s doing and is very respectful and friendly . He showed up in a company vehicle and we were given a heads up of their customer service of the day and time we can expect him to come .
The guy who came there originally was very good, but whent the service arrived, it didn't appear to do what he represented (for over 2000), which was place traps outside for vermin. I called and no one followed up or did anymore. He did an excellent job sealing the home, but didn't really do what they said.
My experience with Kilter Termite & Pest Control has been outstanding! The inspector who came out, Marcellas, was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, checking in every nook of the house, attic, and garage. He even "suited up" to go under the house to check for sub-terranean termites. The service I received was exceptional and I'd recommend Kilter to anyone!
