I HIGHLY advise beauty professionals and companies not to invest their hard-earned money in these machines. The depreciation of Hydrafacials machines devices drops about $1,000+/per month after your initial purchase. The training is subpar. Thanks to a review I came across, I ended up saving a considerable amount of money, time, and energy. It turns out that the resale fee for the machine is actually $9,500 USD, a detail buried in the contract without any prior announcement of the amount. The purchase contract strictly controls treatment prices. The machines are expensive, as are the supplies. For example, the cost of serums is $34. Literally the most over rated machine I have ever bought, there are many better machines out there! The sales team is very convincing but exaggerate the income potential. The cost of treatments are to expensive it is hard to sell, they set the price too. The company takes weeks to call you back, nobody knows how to help you. My sales rep is often missing in action with no response to emails and text. Do not buy, literally will put you out of business as you go into the hole trying to pay it off.
