Mike was the best!!! Extremely communicative and efficient. He came within less than 30 mins and got the lock done in two seconds. So grateful he answered the phone because it was looking like I was going to have to sleep in my car. Highly recommend him! His price is fair and service is impeccable. Thank you so so much Mike.

Locked myself out of apartment at midnight, panicking, called here and was directed to text info over which was smart. Got a fast ETA of hour and half, and considering everywhere else I called (5 places) either didn't respond, told me they would call back and never did, or quoted 7-8am.... Absolutely ecstatic to wait only an hour and half. And it basically only was that long. Guy was even super understanding about my phone being almost dead battery-wise, gave me an ETA and description so that I could be ready to let him in if it died.I never knew I needed a favorite locksmith but I have one now. (Although I really hope I don't need one again).

I strongly recommend HS locksmiths.... I was in a really bad jam I had lost my key to my car and it was 2:00 a.m. in the morning.,. I explained to him I had lost the key to my car and that I had to get the replacement key quickly ...I had to move it....michael the owner.... ihe was very understanding, kind and professional.... he listened to me and told me not to worry .....that he would be there in less than 10 minutes........ when he arrived , he analyzed the situation, did his job and before I knew it within 10 minutes the job was done , he handed me the key I was in shock happily surprised , I thanked him so much for being so professional and courteous and very... read full review
