“After removing the carpeting that had been in place for approximately 24 years, the original hardwood floors in my 1923 California bungalow (living room, dining room and hallway) looked beyond repair. I took Kevin‘s good advice to sand them before making a decision about completely replacing them. Glad I listened to Kevin! After the floors were sanded, it was an easy decision to replace the small areas that were beyond repair and then refinish the floors. I am super happy with the outcome! Reasonable price, too!
