I recommend EVERYTHING. Jonathan is a MASTER at his profession. He's not a "reg" masseuse he's a sports guy. He's an expert of the body. He can feel what's wrong before you tell him. He HEALS the muscles not just rub them down like most masseuse. His deep tissue massage will have you melt. And he gives great advice to do at home. You won't be disappointed, I promise you💯
