I've been training Muay Thai for a few years now and this is one of my favorite gyms I've trained at. The gym is small but it doesn't affect the quality of training at all in my opinion. Coach Gerson and Coach Anthony AKA "Frog" are very knowledgeable and you can tell they take a lot of pride in teaching good Muay Thai technique. I've learned a lot of new techniques at fight solutions and can say my Muay Thai has grown a lot training here. This gym is a very close knit group and I'm proud to be apart of it. I started coming to this gym with my wife as a hobby to get back into shape but it turned into something much more. I feel in love with the sport of Muay Thai and truly enjoy the people and family the owner has built. I highly recommend trying this gym out, everyone is friendly and respectful.

This gym is a great spot to train Muay Thai. I wouldn’t want to train Muay Thai anywhere else in Long Beach, I love this gym. It’s tiny but the size of the gym never affects the training and the coaches are masters of their craft. I’ve trained Muay Thai at other gyms and this one is definitely my favorite.
