Cindy is a miracle worker! She's so sweet and professional, making even the most embarrassing situation feel comfortable. Dealing with unwanted hair has always been embarrassing for me, but from the start, it felt like I had known Cindy forever. I'm on my second treatment now, and I can tell she genuinely cares about what she does and her clients. Thanks to Cindy, I'm getting my confidence back after years of embarrassment. I am about 4 days post my first treatment with Cindy and am very pleased with the overall experience and results. She is quick yet thorough in her work. We were able to get my chin and upper lip within our time frame. Cindy made the process as relaxing as possible with music and being a great conversationalist. Post treatment I had mild redness and swelling that went away by the end of the first day. I hardly had any scabbing and no clogged pores. I will continue to follow Cindy's instructions for post treatment skincare (gentle cleansers, light moisturizers, and spf 50) to maintain the great work she did. Definitely recommend !

Idk why there are low reviews here, probably by random trolls. Cindy is such a gem and a sweetheart. She’s very professional but friendly and makes the time pass super fast since she’s such a great conversationalist. I feel like I’m visiting a friend sometimes! (I also get lots of life advice at no extra charge.)She works quickly and thoroughly and we get a lot done in an hour. Note she’s cash (or check?) only, so come prepared. She uses the galvanized method (I think) where you hold the metal rod to complete the circuit - and as someone who’s done the thermolysis version, her modality and skill is much more efficient.She’s also trans-friendly and has lots...read full review
