Dr. Kim is a great ortho so my issue is not with him, but with the way the office is ran. They are never on time, so the wait times are ridiculous. It's disrespectful to peoples time. Why bother to give people an appointment if you know you are going to make them wait more than an hour after their scheduled appointment, or longer. BEYOND ANNOYING!

Just had wrist surgery yesterday, the staff and Dr. Kim were awesome. Dr Patel set my mind at ease and I was very happy with the outcome. Kelly in the surgical center was fabulous..

The doctor is fine but the office staff never answer the phone terrible customer service. The answering machine is on most of the time. If they don't want to answer the phone why doesn't the doctor fire them and hire employees that want to work. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone
