STAFF IS TERRIBLE. They overcharged the copay and gave me the run around just to have them refund the difference. I had to contact my credit card company because the office staff was no help. gave them 3 weeks to try and fix it. and nothing. STAFF IS HORRIBLE.

Overall, my experience at this doctor's office was beyond shameful and left me feeling extremely frustrated and disrespected. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. It's clear that this business (especially the front desk guy, Mike) has no interest in prioritizing the needs and concerns of its patients, and I would strongly caution others against seeking care from this provider. The Los Alamitos office disorganization and unprofessionalism is next level. I had my first consultation and made my appointment for my surgery TWO months Ago. The surgery was for a serious matter regarding stitching up my under eye and it took me over six months to get this appointment in the first place. I was on my way to my surgery (which keep in mind the office is over an hour away from where I live) and then Mike calls saying my insurance hasn't been approved for my surgery. Keep in mind I had a reminder from the doctor's office earlier that week that everything was in order. However, less than an hour before my surgery, Mike insisted that I cancel my appointment and even hung up on me when I expressed my concerns.Mike claimed that my insurance wouldn't cover the procedure, but when I called my insurance, they informed me that this man had never sent the necessary paperwork for approval in the first place, which made his behavior even more shameful and unprofessional. After this, I agreed to pay out of pocket for the procedure and informed him via phone call and text that I was still on my way to attend the appointment. He gave no response, despite being in the office.Unfortunately, upon finally arriving at the office, we found the door locked and no one available to help us. We knocked for about twenty minutes, but no one responded until they finally came out and made a flimsy excuse that the doctor was unavailable due to an emergency. This was a complete lie, and it was evident that the entire staff was disorganized and unprofessional, and potentially hiding Mike's poor excuse of behavior.I must say that my experience with this office was beyond shameful, and I would not recommend this doctor's office to absolutely anyone. It is clear that Mike and his colleagues are unethical and unempathetic, and their behavior should not be tolerated. It is a shame that they are in a profession where they should care for others, but clearly, they do not have the skills or attitude necessary for this field.In conclusion, please avoid this office at all costs. They do not deserve your business, and I would recommend that they be shut down for the well-being of their clients.

The WORST experience in my life, and I don't put that lightly. I don't even write reviews but my experience at the Los Alamitos office was so shameful that I have to. Mike, or whoever who answers the phone's name is, should be FIRED and never work again. Not only is he extremely unprofessional and disorganized, he's overall just a mean person in the way that he treated me and my mother. Long story short, I had an appointment to get my surgery for my under eye that was needed after my car accident. This appointment was made two months in advance at my initial consultation. I was so excited to finally get my surgery as my under eye has been bothering me for over eight months. I am finally on the way to the surgery, and I get a call from the office saying that my insurance hasn't approved my surgery. YES an HOUR before my surgery I get this phone call. Long story short, this guy Mike doesn't know wtf he's doing and instead of admitting that he fcked up, he starts getting defensive and even hangs up the phone on my mother, despite my mother being very professional and nice with him. We then let Mike know that we are ok to pay out of pocket, I just wanted to have the surgery! So then we continue on our way, and when we finally arrive, they shut the door on us, yes you read that right! They locked the door and wouldn't let us in, and claim that the doctor is unavailable and give us no apology no NOTHING. Like never in my life have I even experienced anything remotely like this. And my poor mother helped drive me over an hour to get there. They had no remorse no nothing, and when we asked to speak to Mike, he was too coward to come outside to speak with us, so he sent a young guy out to speak to us who acted like the whole matter was a joke. These people are messing with peoples LIVES. This is my LIFE. This is a surgery. This is NOT a joke. The fact that these people know the reason for my surgery, and the struggle I have had to get an appointment in the first place, and they treat me like this?! Shame on you, you don't deserve to even work, let alone have any place in this type of field. You have no empathy and I genuinely hope these people get put in their place and the place gets shut down. They are a disgrace. No body I talk to can believe what happened and how I was treated, shame on you. I don't know if the staff is related to the twin doctors and that's why they don't fire the staff, but if either of the doctors are reading this I urge you to reconsider the office you are running as you are bringing shame and promoting disgraceful behavior through the behaviors of your office workers like Mike. Shame, shame, shame."
