This doctor is a nightmare. She is very careless when it comes to her patients. She never follows up on notes. All this doctor cares about are to drag patients to the clinic and order tests without looking of the results of previous ones. I took my wife to her because of sever cough for few days. This doctor has been wasting my time for over a year. Her staff are incompetent or her. I have been injured and she won't make the proper refferals or have the right tests run. I've been in pain every single day I've been in her care and all I'm doing is getting the run around. Do not come to her expecting her to know anything or actually help, she doesn't deserve to have a medical license.

I was a patient here for 4 years. Dr. Melkumian is an OK doctor. The service here sucks. Everytime I would call to make an appointment id be put on hold for 15-30 min. And when I'd call to make an appointment the doctor was available a month later. Recently they went under new management and my insurance was no longer covered there but FAILED to give me a call to let me know. I found out by calling them to make my annual exam. Dr. Melkumian was my primary doctor and prescribed me high blood pressure pills. Was she not going to give me a call and notify me about that? Shows how much they care for their patients. This office is unprofessional. Please don't waste your time or money here.
