my sister came in for a pedicure and the lady told us that it would be a 15 minute wait, but it turned out to be 35 minute wait. The lady that was supposed do it finally came but while she was doing it she was distracted because she was watching a show, and would stop doing the pedi to pick up her phone to answer and answer texts messages and calls. she also was a little rough during it that even though I wasn't getting the pedi I could notice.

Came in today for a spa pedicure. The woman who provided service was distracted watching Korean dramas on her phone and would stop my pedicure to check and reply to her text messages. She also stopped to kill a fly with her hand, washed it off, and then proceeded with my massage. She did hurt me a couple of times and must have made me bleed (I didn't notice it) because she put some chemical on my toe a couple of times. When she was finished, I asked her to clean up the excess polish because I could see it on the side of several toes- that is something she should've done without me asking. I will not be coming here again.

Since Doan left this shop has become run down, dingy, and they use cheaper products and water things down. Definitely not what it used to be. They want high end prices using sub par products in not the best area and they aren’t even doing a really nice job. And they are not even a little bit friendly.
