(Minus 1 Star). Allen is extremely unreliable. Promises to complete your taxes on a specified date and fails to meet that date. You call him and he doesn't return your call. After multiple attempts he responds with a bogus excuse that he lost electricity in his house and then promises to complete in the next 7 days. He fails to meet that deadline. I called him to check status of returns and again he fails to respond. After 3 texts, he responds that he had softwares issues and that he will have my returns completed in a week. I then follow up in a weeks time and he failed to respond yet again. Now his excuse is that he is not feeling well and that he should be complete in 2 days. After 2 days I sent him a text inquiring about status and no response. 4 Days later I sent another text inquiring about status and no response. Extremely unreliable and unpredictable human.

Terrible customer service. This place does not return phone calls text or emails. Have had my records since February 2023 for 2022 tax return Have been told I would receive my return in a week several times still no return it is now August 15 2023. I asked for the returnof my paperwork no response no paperwork no completed return. Found someone else to prepare my return and he completed in 1 day..

Allen is terrible at communication. After you meet him to do your taxes and the payment, he disappears and completely ignores you. He doesn't answer my calls and respond my texts. I met him on Feb 27. Now, there's only 2 weeks left before the deadline, but he doesn't event let me know what's going on. Should I go to someone else? Is he ever gonna do that? I have no idea. Not recommended at all. I would avoid him at all cost.
