I requested Contour Stairs to install a handrail , balusters and banister railing on my stairs for my remodeling project. I was impressed with the fast response by Rene. He came out and explained everything to me. They were extremely organized and detailed. They taped off and put plastic around areas to keep the dust in one area. When they finished, everything was left clean and tidy. Although I saw pictures, the craftsmanship actually exceeded my expectations. Their work is beautiful.

i have been trying to get my stairs remodeled for quite some time and have had bad experiences getting someone to even come out, let alone answer questions. Rene drove out in the pouring rain on a Saturday, was on time, didn't assume he could park in my driveway and stayed for over an hour answering my questions. He had an impressive portfolio and great ideas. Within 20 minutes I knew he was right for the job. I don't honestly know if his price was hi or low because after meeting him I was sold and didn't pursue any additional estimates. We're doing an extensive remolding project, everything is gutted. A great general contractor turnkey.....except the stairs. I believed I needed a true craftsman that specializes in stairs and decided against using the general contractor and chose Contour Stairs. I'm so glad I did, not only is Rene a pro but he following up on everything, very detailed and has a very nice personality. He knows stairs and you will have confidence in him before the job, during the project and after completion you will be satisfied.
