Have had 2 great experiences with Best City Rooter! A couple of moths ago our main sewer line backed up and created quite a mess. We made several calls and Jessica provided such great responsiveness and overall customer service that we chose them. So glad we did! Louis arrived as scheduled, was extremely professional and fixed the problem for us. We were very pleased. This time we needed the wax ring on our toilet replaced and again when i called, Jessica provided great service. Louis arrived as scheduled, performed the work needed and made some other repairs to help prevent the same issue happening again.
