This is the only place I’m taking my phone to in the future. Customer service and price can’t be beat. And he gets it done super fast. I needed two different phone screens replaced and he gave me a great deal. It’s worth the drive if you’re not from Long Beach!
My partner has gone here twice and both times she’s had a very good experience so I decided to stop by too and it didn’t disappoint. I didn’t get the guys name who helped me but he had Great customer service. On top of that it wasn’t a long wait. If you need your phone fixed come here! :) I’ll definitely be coming back.
I recently decided to try this place out when I cracked my phone screen badly in the parking lot (Samsung S22 Ultra). I originally got a quote from UbreakIfix which is the company that Samsung would go through if you had the insurance (I did not have insurance). They quoted my $350 to fix the screen. After reading reviews for Best Cell Phone Repair and because I lived close by I decided to give it a try. They beat the price quoted by UbreakIfix and also gave me options of aftermarket or OEM screen. I went with the OEM Samsung screen and they were still considerably less than Ubreakifix.
