“If you're looking for a barbershop with good vibes and easy people to talk to during your visits, this is the one! I've been taking my son to see Jimmy for his haircuts. Every time I come, everyone usually greets me and my son. My son behaves so well and Jimmy makes it look so easy and smooth to cut his hair. Sometimes if my son is not feeling it and is a little fussy, the other barbers would hop in and help distract him. I can tell this barbershop works as a team and I appreciate how friendly everyone is -- making it comfortable for me to come. There's some barbershops that feel a little intimidating to come, but not here. Definitely recommend!“

“I took my 16 yr old daughter here for the first time to get another ear piercing. I honestly didn't even know this place was here and I've lived in Long Beach my whole life lol. My 20 yr old daughter was the one that told me about it cause it's where she got her 2nd nose piercing. My daughter was nervous because she doesn't really like needles, the owner noticed and made conversation and joked with her to make her feel more comfortable which i thought was cool. Overall, a pleasant experience and my daughter was happy.“

“Great barbershop in the Northside of Long Beach. There's a parking lot located next to the shop, so no stressing to find parking, especially in that area, it's nearly impossible.The shop is very clean, tidy and modern. There's a spacious waiting/seating area. I had my haircut with Marcus. And he's great. I showed him a picture of the haircut I wanted(Mid Skin Drop Fade, with a texture fringe top). He took his time but with a sense of purpose. Along the way, he made sure to ask questions before proceeding to the next critical step. When he was done, I've never been more satisfied or content with a haircut in a long while. I'm definitely coming back as a regular. I wish I could give more than five stars.This barbershop has more than four or five barbers at a time. They do take walk-ins but I recommend you make an appointment via "In The Cut" app.“

“I've been coming to Jay here, every week for almost 15 years, and have received nothing less than 5 star service. He's always prompt, which is most important to me. Never been cut, edge too far back or anything. And from my observation, Hugo & the owner Dan, the other two barbers in the shop, reflect the same level of professionalism. You don't have to worry about your kids hearing explicit music or conversation, and the shop is clean and sanitary. No complaints here.“
