This review is from an independent contractor point of view.As with any freight company there are everyday challenges. Management reassures drivers/independent contractors that they will have work and will be compensated fairly, and that is exactly what happens.As mentioned early there are daily challenges, however every week when you review your compensation you never feel cheated or overworked.most drivers take a couple of weeks to find their groove within the company and from there it's calm waters. The one thing to note is that the more you hustle as an independent contractor the better you will do and this company is great at helping you grow your small business.

This place is cool to work for and I enjoy working here.
