You know I'm reading these reviews and it's so SAD That a businessman From the Businesswould talk on a review About an employee I don't know where they're getting the reviewsor how much they're paying People to write these reviews I've been going to that Store Forever and when ozzy started she's not my family member she's not nobody i hang around with she's not my friend She's just someone who worked at a Smoke shop Was very friendly i don't know where they're getting these reviews about her being disrespectful but not 11 have i ever seen her be disrespectful or heard her sound mad or on her phone and not paying attention to her customers so i don't know how much you guys are paying for these reviews but that's a lie and no she's not my girlfriend no she's not my friend no she's not my Family member she's somebody that always had a smile on her face Music on greeting her customers with a good morning how are you doing and you're right about your review She will have something better so you only put reviews that you like and then the rest of them are not put displayed

If I could rate this place any lower I would. They/she completely ruined my whole beard. Overcharged me by an extra $25.I paid $40.I will now miss my company’s Xmas party because of this situation.I recommend you avoid this place at all cost.Service: Haircut

Unprofessional! This isn't the first time. Had two (2 heads) confirmed appointments. We show up and the door is closed. The shop looks to be closed. We text and called. Nothing! 15 min later we received a text "tomorrow out early today sorry tomorrow" To the owner, and barber, this isn't how you run a business. You need to understand what an appointment is and how to contact your customers if and when an appointment must be rescheduled. Your hours of operation are incorrect . We left work early. Appointments are made because people have lives. Going to another barber.
