I called this morning to see if I could get some help with my glasses and I was able to be helped. The moment I walked in without appointment and Ivan that helped me was extremely helpful. I’m looking at the glasses selection now and I can’t wait to come back and get another pair!
Today, I had the pleasure of visiting America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses in the afternoon, and it was truly a fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a warm and professional team that made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. A special shoutout goes to Ivan, who hooked us up with incredible service. Not only was he extremely helpful in helping us pick out the perfect glasses, but he also went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our choices. Today I went to America's Best because my son glasses had broke and they could not be repaired. Ivan is amazing he took his time to help us find a pair of glasses that he could switch his lens to. It was hard locating a pair that would work, but Ivan took his time and found a pair for my son. We are grateful for Ivan and we would rate him at a 10 if we could. I wanted to buy him lunch or tip him, but they couldn't accept it. Go see Ivan if you need glasses. He is amazing and helpful. He loves his job thank you Ivan.
