    Becoming a member of a small community gym has not only improved my physical wellbeing, it's also connected me with a great trainer and "swolemates". It's refreshing to go to a gym, have a workout ready for you, and a trainer like Gina to hold you accountable. She's not only knowledgeable of the body movement, workouts, she adapts the challenging workouts to all levels. In the early days, I couldn't do a push-up or pull-up, and now I can do them on my own- effortlessly. Definitely gotta try Accel Fitness to workout with a great trainer and small group of people! Love that you can have 2-4 other people there and not have to wait for any equipment.

    Gina meets every challenge with a positive attitude. She has a strong work ethic that's contagious and keeps you motivated towards your goals. I endorse Gina at the highest level. More importantly, she's super friendly, kind, and easy to talk to!

    Accel Fitness: Totally, the very best health experience in my life. I fought like heck to ignore my friends and not go -- but Gina Redican, the trainer, is such a sly and skillful inspiration, she made all my excuses meaningless and instilled me with a real passion to be there. I love my workout buddies, too. Gina attracts the coolest, most interesting clients. She has me so excited about being in her gym, I go five days a week. How did she do this to me? I was such a do-it-on-my-own big anonymous gym regular? But, I never got in this good of shape! I've been going for four years now.
