The exercise program focuses on strength training and cardio in a 30-minute, circuit-style format. With no class times, you can work out on your own schedule. Clients have seen immense improvement in their strength and muscle tone after coming to 9Round for just a few months. The workouts not only benefit physical health but also mental health, providing a daily escape from stress and a sense of community. The trainers are exceptional, amazing, and attentive, personalizing each "round" to accommodate any injuries or fitness goals.
