I am now on my 10th session at 1 body strength and fitness
The workouts are intense, leaving my muscles sore by the second or third day. I'm primarily using barbells and cables, which is a shift from my previous gym that focused on machines. I appreciate that the gym is well-quipped and clean, with friendly and knowledgeable trainers. I also got a great deal on a four-month training membership. I highly recommend this gym.

1 Body Strength and conditioning is a great gym to workout at. They have amazing trainers. I have am working with Will and he is amazing. He is pushing me to a strength levels I have not been at in 6 years. I appreciate his knowledge and patience as a trainer. If anyone is looking for a professional trainer who gives results, consider Will at 1 Body strength and conditioning gym.
I've been training with Micah for almost 6 months. As part of a 52-session program, I started training three times a week. There was a lot of variety and challenge in the sessions that I really enjoyed. Micah makes every session challenging (and somehow fun) so that I can reach my goals. It has been noticeable that my fitness level has improved and I've been able to complete more sit-ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights, and generally push myself harder throughout each workout. My workouts actually make me look forward to them. In addition: By ensuring that my technique is always correct, he prevents any injuries from occurring. His training routine is always planned out ahead of time & he is extremely reliable & punctual. If anyone is looking for a personal trainer to improve their fitness, I recommend Micah.
