We were so happy with Palma’s Party Rentals! Great communication ahead of the party and they were very detail oriented. Really nice family to work with, and their bounce house was very clean and well maintained, as were the tables and chairs. Will definitely reach out to them again next time we want to rent a bounce house. And they’re insured, so you can use them for a party at your home or at a park. Highly recommend!
Thank you Palma's Party Rental! We rented a bounce house, tables, and chairs for our daughter's 4th birthday party from Palma's Party Rental. The whole experience was easy and they are such a nice family. They are insured for SB County, so you can use them at any park or at your house. We found what we wanted through their website, emailed to set the reservation up. They responded quickly, and helped us with details, noticing things I didn't (like that the site at the park didn't have electricity and they provided a generator). When they came to set up they were on time, so professional, and so nice. Same with taking it down. They really made our whole day the best! And their bounce house was very clean and well maintained. They were wonderful to work with. Gave me all the info I needed and confirmed three weeks ahead of date of party and they showed up on the exact date and on time. They set up quickly and take down is also just as fast. Will definitely use this company again in the future.
