I saw Dr. Pacheco regarding a missing tooth and he put in a bridge that did not fit leaving me uncomfortable and unable to chew properly. When I pointed this out to him he shrugged and told me I'd get used to it. I drove back to Fresno and saw our old family dentist for a second opinion. He agreed it had to come out due to large discrepancies in the fit of the crowns (ie large spaces between the crowns and teeth) preventing a proper seal which would be necessary to prevent decay from developing under the crowns as well as a comfortable fit. Dr Pacheco did not respond to calls and I ultimately decided to have the work redone by our old dentist. I found Eric Pacheco to be uncaring and incompetent and could never recommend him to anyone. This experience cost me $4,000.

Im new to Lompoc and needEd two crowns replaced. with all the good reviews I chose Dr. Pacheco. The staff was very friendly but the Dr. left his assistant to do most of the work. Fumbling, mistakes with the mold and banging the drill on my opposing teeth. The new crowns not fitting correctly . I could go on but bottom line the most painful, unprofessional dentist experience I have had. I have worse pain in the new crowns and Im out $3,000.

I've been with Dr Pacheco for about 5 years now. He's excellent in all he does. His chairside manner is friendly and he shows great concern for your comfort and understanding of everything he's doing.The staff is fabulous, very helpful and courteous. The office is professional, clean and relaxing. I've had excellent results from all the care given by Dr Pacheco and crew. I highly recommend this practice to anyone!
