His team came and finish this big job and 3 days instead of 4 days. Peeled off old layers of roofs ,Installing fan above the garage , capped our chimney and cleaned all the debris . Once the workers peeled off the layers of roof ( including aluminum roof) , Mike reevaluated the roof job and gave us a credit. He is a honest businessman and his team worked diligently during this hot weather. We are very satisfied with this upgrade to our house .“

“These guys are the real deal. My brother runs a roofing company in North Carolina and unfortunately couldn’t do my flat roof in SoCal. I met with about a dozen roofers and would then ask my brother for advice. Home Renew isn’t the cheapest, but they’re licensed, and have been in business for a while. Beware the warranty of guys that are unlicensed and have no record of being in business. They disappear with your warranty!

Amir Inbal was our project manager and was incredibly helpful. He was very upfront with the pricing, speedy with answering our array of questions, and quick and open with communication any time we needed him. The guys they sent to do the roof were hustlers. They came quickly after agreeing to do the project. They had a small army and were efficient and thorough. The roof looks great. They also did mold remediation and patching in the primary bedroom and did a fantastic job. I’ve worked with contractors before. If Home Renew is a little more expensive, it’s worth having the warranty and a contractor that is fast and doesn’t flake. Ask for Amir, and good luck out there!“

“I live 2 hours from my rental house so coordinating any type of work is always a challenge. Carlos came to the house, provided the quote, and they got to work within a week or so after I signed the contract. He worked to inform me of their progress, every step of the way. I ended up needing new facia boards which they installed. This was not an up sell, but rather a maintenance issue on the house that I elected to have him do because it was really convenient to have him do all the work including painting. The city approved things along the way and at the end. We will see how the roof performs during the rains in the future.“
