The ladies that come and clean are absolutely wonderful. They do a terrific job. It's the office the management in the office I call and I call I leave message after message. No one picks up phones. No one returns messages. It's very frustrating. Trying to get a hold of someone to complain about this is impossible. I don't know who the owner is I've tried finding I would love to speak to somebody about this part of the service it needs to be addressed taken care of and maybe somebody in that office just needs a refresher course and education I don't know, but I can never get a hold of anybody at MARY, Maids, and they do not return phone callsI've been with them for a few years now and I don't like the idea of leaving because of the management that is there now the cleaning crew is great, so I hope somebody reaches out to me. I am a good customer and I don't like the idea of having to to leave this company because of the management they have now . and their message on their phone machine they say your call is important. It is not important. I feel like I am not important and they really don't care about my business.

Minus one star. Poor job. Floors looked like they hadn't been washed. Guff was still on the floors. Bits of stuff remained. Used same mop pad throughout it seemed. The pad was filthy and then she put a filthy rag on top of the pad! They didn't vacuum the stairs! I had cleaned the toilets myself. And the kitchen. No dusting as I wanted them to concentrate on the floors! Terrible job. Now I have to wash the floors so they are clean! i only asked for two hours because of the expense. So $250 and a good tip went out for nothing! Don't waste your money!

Over the weekend I had Merry Maids over to help me with some extra cleaning up. The company sent Mary and Anneselly for 3 hours I was very pleased that we had them because they did a beautiful job, the kitchen, both bathrooms, the living room & den are imacculent! We had them last year for about the same price and time spent its consistently a perfect job well done. I recommend these folks for the service at hand.
