ZERO STAR To say the least this company is Untrustworthy Not people of their word Unprofessionals and more importantly Thieves. When someone gives a review IT IS NOT A CRIME. You are simply giving a review on the service that was provided to you. You can shop at your own risk but since we've been dealing with this company for 2 years, I've heard a lot of other unhappy families who have reached out to us and we all have received the same bad service. All I can say is save yourself the time and money and shop with professionals at the Mortuary or Memorial of your loved ones grave site. I am Thankful we are finally getting closer for my sister since her passing 2 years ago. A Huge Thanks to Green Hills Mortuary for being professionals and always helpful every step of the way, always greeted us with passion and sympathy and my sisters marker is coming out beautiful with a rich nice quality look. Nothing cheap or tacky. Our family is just waiting for our check from Masseys that we were granted by courts and we will be done with this company but most of all we will have closure. I give this company a ZERO Star.

My family was in the market for a head stone due to the passing of my stepfather. We first started our search for a head stone at Green Hills Memorial in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA but the prices were much more then we could afford. We looked around and found Massey's Casket Showroom in Lomita,CA We spoke to Lupe who is co owner with her husband. Lupe was patient with us as we were grieving our loss, so as you can imagine it was really hard for us to make decisions on the perfect head stone. Lupe was not pushy at all, she showed us a book with many samples and told us to take our time picking the right head stone, she advised us to go home and take our time choosing the right words to put on the head stone which we did. They had a wide variety of head stones to choose from. The prices of the head stone's were a fraction of the price that other places were quoting us. The head stone took that we chose took about two months to be made . Over all my family was very pleased with the work and the professionalism that Massey's Casket showroom provided us. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good service and prices

After reading the article in the Daily Breeze, I feel so lucky to have found Casket Gallery Showrooms. Heather and Michelle are wonderful to work with. They have a great selection of urns. The prices are very fair. My experience dealing with them was a true blessing. I couldn't be more appreciative and grateful for the help and guidance they gave me.
