My key broke and we went online calling different places and we found this one to be the most reasonable price. Took an appointment that same day and fixed my key within 30 minutes of arrival. Our office has used Mark's Lock & Safe several times...all because of emergencies. Once was after we fired an employee and had to rekey the office that day! Another time was when we broke the key at our storage unit and had to get in to retrieve some archived documents immediately. They've always understood the urgency and came out right away! And I appreciate when you call their office there's always someone there to answer the phone! Excellent service!
