My young son and I visited yesterday for the first time to get ideas, help and understanding on the beginning of my project They took time out if their busy schedule to speak to us What I noticed right off the bat was their unbiased honesty and transparency at what it will really take for my project to go from concept to full fruition and completion They didn't push but educated I am grateful and have so much to hope for now Thank you Elemental Outdoor Design and Build! -Eduardo

Andrew did an awesome job at our house in 2012 installing pavers and designing our back yard in Harbor City. our pavers in Harbor City have been in tacked since then. At the end of 2018 I built a new home in Carson and he took care of redoing our entire driveway, front porch and back yard with pavers again. This time around not sure if it was lack of supervision or he hired an outside company to do the job, he's already been back three times to re-sand the pavers which are becoming loose with major separation. My husband is a calm guy, but this time he's had it with Andrew which has now informed my husband he only gives a one year warranty on a $30,000 job and he will not be responsible any further. The separations of the pavers is not normal, and it's due to the them not compacting the dirt under right or not using the right sand. Our house in Harbor City is still the same after 8 years, why would a less than 2 year job not be? The separations started 3 months after the original installation in 2018 and it just keeps getting worse. Sad that Andrew has to ruin his reputation like this. We knew him for years and not sure why he's not taking care of his business. I will post pictures later as proof.
