He was very responsive and responsibly completed flooring of a 2000 sq.ft house with 30 stairs in less than 4 days as he promised. John and his team did a great job. We are so happy with John's service and strongly recommend him.

John showed up within 45 minutes of initial phone call with carpet samples, installed carpet after 2 days of first phone call, installers were timely and efficient an did an amazing job in removing/replacing all furniture in the room immaculately, price was fair and transparent upfront.

Came here based on their reviews. Glad we did. We came in on a Saturday around lunch, John came within 2 hours to take measurements and scheduled the carpet to be installed by Tuesday. Great customer service - installation was done professionally and quickly. We will be ordering carpet for the rest of the house from here. Highly recommend this place.
