Do not recommend. They quoted three weeks for our Truss which worked perfectly to beat the rain. They required half upfront, payed them the same day (beginning of October). Once we payed we didn’t hear anything from them for over a week. Called to check on status and John then tells us it won’t be ready for an additional 6 weeks after the two we already waited. November was kind and did not rain much, but now it is here and this has stopped our whole production. We keep reaching out to John but not hearing much back or tell us to contact another person. Unprofessional bunch of liars, deceits and crooks working there. Very shady and illegal billing practices and ad hoc, made up business policies none of which is written on paper, whatever suit them to hide their mistakes. Make sure you read your contract before signing anything with them, especially when it comes to price lumber hikes, contract cancellation and deposit refund policies. Do not recommend! Save the pain look somewhere else. Another truss company in Mountain Ranch beat their bid by $10,000. So there are cheaper companies out there with better business practices.
