This spa is located in a nice area with some residential homes. Parking can be hard to find depending on the day you visit. We had a girls day at this spa and we were happy with the spa services, massages and facials we got. There is a salon all within the same facility so it's a nice touch to have beauty services available such as manicure or a deep conditioning after your spa services (they do run by appointments usually). The only reason why I didn't rate 5 stars is because once we paid/tipped, we felt like we were chased out. I received a gift card a couple years back and decided to finally use it to treat myself. I called to ask if their gift cards expired and the lady who answered was super helpful said they don’t and helped me book my appointment! This was my first time EVER receiving a facial and I was super nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Once I arrived to the spa, I was directed through the beautiful garden to the back building to be greeted by Debra. She performed my facial and talked me through the whole process! My first time going to PERFECT balance Day Spa and it was amazing. Cassandra gave me my massage. She did a terrific job! Made sure to address my needs. Definitely will be going back.
