I was ready to cancel my Costco order after I found out Pacific West was going to do my dishwasher install. All of the one ⭐️ reviews. And then no call during my 2-6pm install window. I told my wife, I’ll wait until tonight and then I’m canceling. Then at 6:24, Jesse called and said he had my dishwasher and could be there in 10min. I said OK, and I was loaded for bear. But he was friendly, knew what he was doing, apologized for being late, and did a great job. Now I am in Fresno/Clovis but Jesse came through!!

I just had my microwave oven installed by Pacific West. Cannot be more happy about it. Cody and Chris were on time. Super polite, professional efficient and knowledgeable. A couple of weeks ago I had new dishwasher installed by them too. All through Costco. I feel so strange that seeing all the negative reviews. Maybe I am super lucky or maybe they have tremendous improvement. I will hire them again and recommend to friends and family.

Gary installed a new Whirlpool dishwasher from COSTCO on 8.14.24. Gary is exemplary....super efficient, knowledgeable and professional plus friendly and provided a quick tutorial on operating the new dishwasher. I recommend Gary....A+ rating..GOLD metal.
