I was super worried using these guys due to the terrible reviews but my experience lovely. Cody was my technician, he was polite, on time, clean, and efficient. I bought a dishwasher at Costco and they hired these guys.

I bought a dishwasher from COSTCO and Pacific West was appointed to take care of the installation. At the beginning I got a little nervous with all those negative reviews. But the process turned out to be pretty smooth. They arrived in the scheduled time window and the two technicians were very professional. They took out the old one and installed the new one in just 10 mins! The job was nicely done!

I was nervous about my oven install after reading the negative reviews on here, but I had a very good experience. The company called the night before with a 4 window for my install. The installer called when he was in his way. Two very polite, professional installers arrived. They could not complete the install when they arrived, because I needed to remove my built in microwave so they could access the electrical for the oven. I broke the torx bit I needed to remove the microwave and didn’t have another the correct size and the installer did not have the size I needed.
