Can't say enough good things about my experience training here with Diana! I have been working with her for about 9 months and I am feeling better and stronger than I ever have and seeing positive results. She makes me feel so comfortable, especially with being a beginner in weight lifting. We laugh a lot together which makes my session that much more enjoyable. I have been training with Diana for the last 3 weeks. I am going to be completely honest, I lack the motivation to achieve the results I need by myself. I've gone to other personal trainers and was scared away by there Sargent style antics but with Diana she is helping me get comfortable working different parts of my body and always encourages me push outside my comfort zone. She holds me accountable and makes sure my protein intake is where it needs to be. It's only be 3 weeks, but I look forward to how she will help me obtain my goals...check her out you won't be disappointed

I had some horrible experiences with a past trainer, causing me to get injured more than once and hindering me from wanting to seek out a trainer ever again. Diana was introduced to me through a friend and immediately we hit it off! She shared her story, listened to mine, then showed a genuine concern and interest in me and my health. It's been a little over 4 months training with her and I've already seen the difference in my clothes, my pictures, my sleep, and my overall mood and health.
