My one stop shop to go to when I'm at my Home Gym in Lodi. I get my essential supplements from multivitamins to my favorite protein powder for recovery after trainings that's easy on my stomach for the added love and care my body needs ?
Best shop in town! The owner Codie is very personable and truly cares about her products and customers. From the moment you walk in you're treated like family! It's a one stop shop! After your workout you can grab a protein slushy, get a meal to go, purchase your products and then tan!!! What else can you ask for!? I look forward everyday going there every chance I get! Support local shops like this because they're an integral part of the community and the service there is fantastic! Great prices on reputable products that are hard to find. Only one visit and I'm hooked. Cody was so helpful and informative! I'm very impressed with the meals. Not one to cook well for just me, I'm on the road to better eating nutritious balanced meals!
