I highly recommend Inner Balance if you are considering acupuncture. I have tried others in our area and they don't compare. I have had acupuncture when I lived in other locations so feel like I am a pretty good judge. In my case I see Amanda and Connie for help with issues related to my oncology treatments. They are both aware of the various treatments I am on and the side effects. I have struggled with issues related to my liver getting inflamed and GI tract disorders, all due to the meds. With their help these issues are under control. After pursuing the traditional healthcare route through doctors, specialists, X-rays, MRI and physical therapy to assist with the recovery from my separated shoulder in 2021, I had exhausted my options but continued to have pain discomfort and weakness (plus less use overall) of my right shoulder. After one session with Dr Pontecorvo I have experienced marked results, reduction in pain and relief in numerous levels (physical and mental health). Dr Pontecorvo examined my shoulder and watched its current mechanics immediately diagnosing the poor development of soft tissue and tense muscles a result of the incorrect recovery of my separated shoulder.
