Henderson Bros. was recommended to me by a Real Estate Agentin Lodi. I am new to the area so it was diffecult to know who to depend on. I called Henderson Bros. just to educate myself on the items I needed fixing at my new home. I spoke to a person at their main number named Sarah. She was incredibly helpful, kind and professional. I called her several times and with each conversation, I felt well taken care of. I scheduled an estimate appt. When the trades person came out he was also very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. We worked together to figure out exactly what I needed and how we should go about it. We recently had a issue with our AC unit. Was not blowing cold air.We got a quote from a local HVAC company for replacment over4200.00.Before making a decision I called Henderson Brothers for a secondquote. Russ came out and inspected the unit thoroughly. Replaceda capacitor and a air filter. And now it works great. Thank you HendersonBrothers for saving us $4200.00 . And thank you Russ for your professionalism.
