Great place, great doctors, great staff. I seldom have to wait more than a few minutes as they have enough staff to do the preliminary exams before you see the doctor. Dr, Chen always makes me feel like my concerns are important.

Dr. Chen and his staff are always very friendly and professional. They make me feel like I am part of the family. I rarely have much of a wait. Dr. Chen has been my ophthalmologist for over 20 years and has taken good care of my eyes. His optical department does a great job with all of my eyeglass needs as well.

They have been so responsive to my issues. Dr. Chen performed cataract surgery in the Fall on both eyes. Two weeks ago, my right eye was bloodshot badly---couldn't see any white, I had a small bleed. I called Dr. Chen's office, concerned that my eye condition could be something serious. They got me right in that afternoon, and assured me it was simply a 'bruise', nothing more serious. Since then, the bleeding subsided and I can see the whites of my eye again. Everyone there is so helpful, friendly, and competent.
