04/15/24 I needed a battery for the car fob. There was one person ahead of me who was being helped. After a short wait, I asked if he could replace the battery. He was done after a few minutes. The price was reasonable. The customer service was excellent. I would be back when I need other batteries.

Way to go Batteries plus we went in got super fast service got both batteries replaced in our key fobs and lifetime replacement of these batteries for a reasonable amount! Thank you

One of the best experiences to fix something broken. My iPhone 13 fell and got cracked. The back was shattered, front touch screen wouldn't work and started to overheat. We went to a few places who all told us they won't work with iPhone 13s yet. We went to batteries plus and Taylor was working, he told us what he thought was wrong, quoted us, ordered the parts all in the same 5 minutes we were there. We came back and dropped off the phone when the parts came in and he called us later and said he was sorry but it didnt work with the new front screen. He told us we didn't have to pay, and that he could send it in somewhere to get tested further to see what... read full review
