A mobile groomer was what I needed. Another groomer who wasn't taking on new customers had recommended Country Clippers. This review pertains to the PRE-VISIT. My dogs' appointment was scheduled for this Saturday when I called their number. Wednesday is today. I'm pleased that there is only a 3-day wait. After our initial contact was disconnected, Genola called me again. Thank you for being professional. I explained that my dog is prone to anxiety, and she reassured me that I didn't have to offer him anything in exchange for it and that they had experience dealing with anxious dogs of his breed. She also said not to be concerned.

They are the absolute best. Warm and friendly from the minute you walk in! We have a Rescue Borgi with anxiety. They treat him like they own him. No stress and went to all lengths to cut his nails. All I can say is: love, love, love them!

We’ve used Country Clippers for several years now and have always been pleased with their care of our animals. Over the passed few weeks we have attending dog obedience class at their facility. Kelly, the trainer, is professional and clearly experienced. She has been very helpful and a pleasure to work with.
