Yorkshire Roofing replaced our shake roof with an asphalt shingle roof. We are very pleased with their work. Everything they promised to do they did. Their workers were sensitive to the life of our family as they went about their work.
If I could give 10 stars I would. I was introduced to Yorkshire by a friend who had a roofing supply company and suggested them I needed a new roof and wanted solar as well I did not want 2 different companies doing it and have a finger pointing issue if there was a leak. Yorkshire did both about 10 years ago. The Owens Corning roof started to show fiberglass and O/C refused to honor their premium warranty. Kenny and Tony from Yorkshire stepped up and said though O/C would not replace the roof and ensure the new roof met all of O/C requirements, they would at no cost to me! This is the type of customer service that all vendors should strive to have; to stand by the product that they sell! I wanted to also put in more solar with battery storage and used Yorkshire for that as well. Tony and his crew did a fantastic job installing both. I have recommended Yorkshire to many of my friends and would strongly suggest anyone needing a roof and/or solar use them as well.
Wow! five star customer service and repair. From the moment I called for a roof repair, to the moment the job was completed, I was blown away by this companies professionalism and work ethic. They called the night before to confirm the appointment. (Wish all companies would do this as a simple reminder). The day of service, the tech arrived and professionally knocked on the door to make an introduction. They had the roof repair in a reasonable timeframe. They took before and after pictures to show me the roof repair and damages. I sent the pictures to a family member in the industry on the east coast and they were more than impressed with this company's work! They did a great job at a very reasonable price! Without hesitation I will refer them to all my family and friends! thank you Yorkshire.
