I called them on a Sunday and Todd called back within 5 minutes. He came out the next day, quickly identified the problem. He had to get the part in Concord so he said he'd be back late that afternoon to install it. He was there around 3:30 and was able to fix it quickly. Todd was awesome. I highly recommend them and if I have any HVAC issues in the future, I will call them first.“

I appreciate the quick turn around time but the initial estimate was $200 then was mentioned $300 and finally when making a payment it was $380 and said parts are extra. To change a small pipe and the flush valve I think it was overpriced. But I still appreciate the quick turnaround which was needed at the time. Would have been a 5 star if it was fixed it time at a reasonable and transparent pricing and would have recommended this company to people I know getting them more business.“

“Great service. Installed the water softener and the RO 2 years back. I'm extremely satisfied with the taste of the water and the service. I need to change the water filter once in a year. The service guy was great and was able to explain the test and quality of the water system. Though the faucet was not rigid after 2 years of use and the service guy tightened it during their service. Overall love AWP system and service!“
